Premium services are services that we provide but come at a cost.
Currently, we have the following premium services:
- rush service (you require some help, and you want it to be handled with priority, before other requests we have in our queue)
- consolidating accounts (you have created multiple accounts, and you want us to consolidate them) 
- concierge service - any situation that could be resolved in self-service, but where you want someone from our team to help you 

Pricing for these services is subject to change. Here is the current pricing:
- Rush Service 25 EUR
- Consolidating Accounts 25 EUR
- concierge service 15 EUR per started quarter-hour.
