If you want to invite a guest judge that is not available in TOES, please do the following:
  1. Provide a written confirmation from the judging administrator/the judging committee that the judge is recognized and is allowed to judge your show.
  2. Make sure the judge creates a user account on TOES (https://www.i-tica.com) and that they provide their address information and phone number.
  3. Contact us with the information mentioned above, so we can add the judge as a guest judge in TOES
  4. Once that is done, you will be able to add the judge to your show
