• Name of the new club
• Abbreviation of the new club
• TICA region of the club
• website of the new club
• email address for the club
• email address where need to send TOES invoices
• the club's Paypal address (this is included in the entry confirmations, so your exhibitors can pay you by PayPal)
• Bank account information (if provided this will be included in the confirmation emails to the exhibitors)
  • IBAN
  • BIC
  • Bank
  • Account Holder Name
  • Account Holder Address (street, nr, zip, city, state, country)
• a list of club officials
  • each club official must have a TOES account
  • club officials can add shows on the calendar for their club
  • club officials can open a show for the first time (which commits the club financially for the use of TOES)
