The clubs can use TOES at their choice as their entry tool.

TOES is a project that is completely independent of TICA, and that only aims at facilitating the process of organizing and entering shows, by automating the entry process to the maximum extent possible. We maintain this software at best effort, and while we have an excellent track record over the past decade, ad-hoc issues can not be avoided. TOES is in no way liable for any damages, losses or claims that may occur as a result of or in the context of mistakes, problems, unavailability, or any other type of issue related to TOES and the platform it runs on.

The use of the TOES show calendar is free of charge. TOES is the official TICA show calendar.

TOES is a fully self-service product, and as such does not provide free support. Premium support services can be requested and will be invoiced per started block of 15 minutes.

The Cat Show App, or TICApp, is an add-on app that runs on Android and on iOS devices, and that aims at providing an electronic tool for exhibitors and clerks. It provides extensive validations that aim at delivering error-free catalogs, a real-time show dashboard, as well as numerous add-on services after the show like instant error-free scoring, individual campaign tracker, title claim forms, show reports. Just as with TOES, we do not take any responsibility if the use of our app would cause any kind of damage, loss, or claim. You use the app at your own risk.

The Visitor App is another add-on app that enriches the experience of visiting a cat show. It provides generic yet in-depth information to visitors and provides an extensive advertisement platform. The use of the app is again at your own risk, and we take no responsibility.

Cost

using TOES as your entry tool, using the Cat Show App to record all results, and providing the visitor app to your visitors: 75 EUR
using TOES as your entry tool, but not using the apps:  300 EUR
not using TOES, but access to HTML formatted show description on the show calendar (no ads allowed): 50 EUR
not using TOES, or the apps: FREE

Payment and fines

TOES will issue PayPal invoices for the fees owed, and these are payable within 10 days of creation.
Invoices that are not paid within the 10 day period will incur a 50 EUR late payment fee.
If the invoice remains unpaid for another 5 days, an additional 75 EUR very late fee will be applied, and the club's services will be temporarily suspended until the payment is received.
This suspension will be removed if the payment is received within 5 days of issuing the very late fee.
Any invoice that is not paid within 5 days of issuing the very late fee will result in a permanent suspension of the club's services until such time that the invoice is fully paid and an additional 500 EUR fine is paid.

Advertisement

All advertisement on the show calendar is restricted. You may only include advertisements that you can select from the show setup screen. If you include any advertisement in your listing on TOES that does not come from our pre-approved advertisement selection, you will be fined double the amount that is being paid for the advertisement and no less than 500 EUR.

The advertisements will be made available through that interface, and you can select as many as you want from the advertisements that are available for your show. Ad revenue generated by these ads will be shared with the clubs!!!

Hello Everyone!
We are currently working on a number of enhancements in TOES and wanted to share with you what you can expect in our upcoming releases.

Our Upcoming release

Mobile Users

56,9% of the users in TOES access our services using their mobile phones. So it should come as no surprise, that the first thing we are going to release is a set of (cosmetic) changes that will result in a better user experience on these mobile devices.

Recognized Organizations

We will be publishing the list of clubs/organizations that TICA recognizes. This list is also used automatically by TOES when you are entering a cat that is not TICA registered, to check eligibility for showing. If your club/organization is not on this list, you can contact your regional director to explore having them added.

Entry Clerking

We will be making some minor changes to the list of users that the entry clerk can use to add an entry for an exhibitor. This will make searching and auto-completing easier in this section and should improve the user experience.

Setting up a Show in the Calendar

The checkboxes "This Show will use TOES as its entry tool" and "This show will use the Cat Show App" will be checked by default.

Translations

We will be activating the language selector again, bringing TOES back to you in 10 languages.

500-mile rule

We will be fixing a small bug to make sure the correct RD gets involved when a club is organizing a show outside of the region where the club is registered.

Future Roadmap Items

  • Introduce a new advertisement system (pre-formatted ads) and disallow advertisements in the Show Comments section.
  • Set up an advertisement revenue scheme that supports the clubs
  • Bring payment for the use of TOES services directly in-line: real-time payment when you open the show
  • Move photos and registration documents to blob storage (technical change)
  • Fix some minor bugs in the marked catalog (*requires the use of the Cat Show App)
  • Automate the population of data into the Cat Show App when the catalog is run
  • Accept entries that were added through the Cat Show App into the TOES database
  • Calculate season scoring (Regional and International)
  • Generate Show Reports (*requires the use of the Cat Show App)
  • Generate Title application forms (*will only include data provided through the Cat Show App)
  • Generate datasets for an individual cat's scoring tracker
  • Activate the EMS color helper (matching EMS colors on TICA colors)

TOES zet zich in voor de bescherming van uw privacy.

Door de website te gebruiken, u in te schrijven en TOES te gebruiken, stemt u in met het gebruik van uw gegevens zoals beschreven in ons beleid.



Verzameling van uw persoonlijke gegevens

Sommige persoonlijk identificeerbare gegevens, zoals uw e-mailadres, naam, adres en telefoonnummer worden geregistreerd binnen TOES. Daarnaast worden ook enkele algemene, niet-persoonlijke gegevens (land, postcode, kattegegevens,...) verzameld. Tenslotte worden ook eventuele financiële transacties en voorkeuren opgeslagen.

We verzamelen ook informatie zoals IP adres, browser type, domeinnamen, toegangstijden, verwijzende pagina's, ...

Al deze informatie wordt gebruikt voor de werking van TOES, de gerelateerde apps, advertenties op de website en in de apps. De informatie die voor een specifieke show wordt gebruikt, is beschikbaar voor de club die de show organiseert. Deze clubs treden op als onafhankelijke actoren, en moeten ermee instemmen dat zij uw gegevens niet zullen gebruiken voor andere doeleinden dan die welke absoluut noodzakelijk zijn om de show te organiseren. Wij aanvaarden echter geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid als deze derden het privacybeleid niet respecteren, aangezien de clubs onafhankelijke actoren zijn die niet onder onze controle staan. Door TOES te gebruiken, aanvaardt u dat wij de relevante gegevens met deze clubs delen, en elk geschil zal rechtstreeks met de club in kwestie moeten worden opgenomen.

Alle websites of apps waarnaar we op onze website of in onze apps linken, vallen ook buiten onze controle.

Gebruik van uw persoonlijke informatie
Wij gebruiken uw persoonlijke informatie om onze diensten te leveren, in TOES en in onze Apps, en wij kunnen deze ook gebruiken om u gepersonaliseerde informatie te verstrekken over andere producten of diensten die beschikbaar zijn bij ons, of bij derden.

TOES kan informatie delen met TICA, of andere derde partijen, voor commerciële doeleinden (bv. gemarkeerde catalogi, exposantenlijsten, automatisering van de puntentelling, reclame,...). U kunt zich niet afmelden voor deze mogelijkheid tot gegevensdeling met TICA. Indien u hiermee niet akkoord gaat, dan kan u niet deelnemen aan een TICA show die met TOES wordt georganiseerd. U kunt zich wel in-/uitschrijven voor ander specifiek commercieel gebruik van uw gegevens.

Aangezien TOES en onze apps gericht zijn op diensten rondom TICA shows, zult u akkoord moeten gaan met de volgende verklaring op de TICA website: "De TICA-regels regelen in het algemeen de openbaarmaking van persoonlijke informatie, zoals uw naam, adres, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer en u dient bekend te zijn met deze regels. Bijvoorbeeld, informatie met betrekking tot TICA-keurmeesters, stagiaires, klerken, en leden van de rascommissie wordt regelmatig gepubliceerd. U dient de TICA-regels te raadplegen met betrekking tot welke informatie openbaar mag worden gemaakt."

Informatie met betrekking tot katten wordt door TOES opgeslagen en bijgehouden en is de eigendom van TOES.

TOES zal uw persoonlijke informatie openbaar maken, zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving, indien daartoe verplicht door de wet of in de overtuiging te goeder trouw dat een dergelijke handeling noodzakelijk is.

Gebruik van cookies
De TOES website gebruikt "cookies" om u te helpen uw online ervaring te personaliseren. Zonder het gebruik van cookies zal slechts een deel van de functionaliteit van TOES voor u beschikbaar zijn.

Beveiliging van uw persoonlijke gegevens
Uw gegevens worden opgeslagen in onze database, uw wachtwoord wordt eenrichtingsgecodeerd en wij slaan geen kredietkaartinformatie op. Alle toegang wordt gecontroleerd met veiligheidsmaatregelen, en alleen gecodeerd verkeer is mogelijk. (TLS V2.0)

Wijzigingen aan deze verklaring
TOES zal dit beleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken.
